Leslie
Trailer Sales Ltd. was founded in 1976 by Dwight Leslie.
Dwight built the business into a major supplier of truck
trailers.
Leslie Trailer Sales and Rentals has been in business
since 1977,
buying selling and renting both used and new truck semi-trailers.
Their primary business is vans, including: city, highway
and storage.
They also buy, sell and rent containers, chassis, reefers,
flat decks, tanks and specialty trailers.
If inventory is not sufficient at any location, they
transfer or acquire the units as needed.
First located on Dixie Road, just north of the 401 hiway
in Mississauga, the company is well known for its fair
prices, good clean trailers and friendly service.
The staff at Leslie Trailers are part of a "family
atmosphere" and pool their ideas and efforts to
make the rental or purchase of a trailer a good experience
for their customers.
With the desire to serve their customers even better,
Leslie Trailers relocated just west of Dixie Road to
Winston Churchill and 401.
Here the trailers are close to two major intersecting
hiways.
On February 28, 2007, Leslie sold the Canadian operations to Provincial Trailer Rentas div. of Lions Gate Trailer Rentals, Inc.
